About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Lead/Architect to support the development
and customization of enterprise applications. This role focuses on improving developer experience,
enhancing system integrations, and building tools across Web and Mobile platforms used by
enterprise customers in industries such as telecommunications and utilities.
You will collaborate with a high-performing engineering team to implement and maintain complex
systems, streamline workflows, and support network operations. Exposure to domains such as
geospatial systems or workflow/network management platforms is an added advantage.
What We Are Looking For:
• Strong experience building and scaling enterprise applications
• Passion for improving developer experience and building efficient workflows
• Ability to solve complex infrastructure and integration challenges
• Willingness to learn and work in domains such as workflow automation, network systems, or
geospatial data (prior experience not required)
• Comfortable contributing to architectural decisions and working in distributed teams
• A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and commitment to engineering excellence
Must Haves:
• Strong experience building server-side applications in Python
• Strong experience building client-side applications in JavaScript (ReactJS)
• Solid experience with front-end and back-end integration
• Experience working with Docker containers
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite)
• Experience with Git or other distributed version control systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience mentoring or guiding software engineers
Good to Have:
• Experience with workflow management tools or network management platforms
• Experience in automated testing to ensure stability and reliability
• Experience with Node.js, React, or similar frameworks
• Exposure to Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) or mapping APIs
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data transformation, and integration
• Experience with Kubernetes is an added advantage.
• Experience with Linux environments and web servers (e.g., Apache)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with tools like PostGIS, Pyramid, SQLAlchemy
• Industry experience in telecommunications or utilities
What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and maintain tools, APIs, and frameworks for enterprise workflow and
operational systems
• Customize and extend workflow automation solutions to meet client-specific needs
• Integrate front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience
• Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to identify and resolve system or
workflow bottlenecks
• Develop technical documentation for tools, APIs, workflows, and deployment practices
• Mentor developers and promote best practices across the team
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
