We are looking for a Full-Stack JavaScript Tech Lead to define and extend our technical architecture using Angular and Node.js. This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive continuous improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Development
- Define and extend the technical architecture of the application using Angular and Node.js.
- Assist with BAU (Business As Usual) requests, such as content changes, front-end web template designs, and performance optimization.
2. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Share best practices and coding knowledge to enhance existing technologies.
- Improve documentation, learning opportunities, and team processes.
- Optimize performance, security, and accessibility standards.
3. Project Delivery & Documentation
- Assist with technical documentation while ensuring compliance with best practices and security protocols.
- Provide project updates to senior management and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
4. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance.
- Mitigate risks and resolve development challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of IT experience with strong JavaScript expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and CSS3.
- Expertise with the Angular framework.
- Understanding of the Capital Markets domain.
