Role Description
The Full Stack Java Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering Java programming and full-stack development training sessions. Daily tasks include preparing course materials, teaching core and advanced Java concepts, guiding students through hands-on coding exercises, and ensuring that trainees understand industry best practices. The trainer will also provide mentorship, assess trainee progress, and offer constructive feedback to enhance skill development. This is an on-site role based in Whitefield.
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of core and advanced Java programming, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with Angular or React experience
- Experience in back-end development and working with databases like MySQL or MongoDB
- Ability to teach coding best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and integration of complete full-stack applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with learners effectively
- Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor in Java and full-stack technologies is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and skill levels
- Please note this is a freelancing job for 3-4 Months for onsite location - Whitefield, salary is based on working hours
