Shift Timing: Night Shift 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (US Time Zone Support)

Job Description (JD)

Role Overview:

The TechnicalTrainerwill be responsible for delivering technicaltrainingand end-to-end interview preparation to US IT professionals, helping them become job-ready for client interviews and placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technicaltrainingsessions (virtual/live) aligned with US IT job roles
• Provide interview preparation , including:
• Technical interview questions mock interviews
• Real-time scenario-based problem solving
• Resume discussion and project explanation guidance
• Train candidates on US client expectations, interview etiquette, and communication
• Assist candidates with skill gap analysis and improvement plans
• Prepare and updatetrainingmaterials, interview question banks, and assessments
• Evaluate candidate performance and share structured feedback
• Support candidates during interview cycles and pre-interview revisions
• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for candidate readiness
  

Required Skills Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in IT domains (based on assigned technology stack)
• Proven experience as a TechnicalTrainer/ Interview Coach / Mentor
• Hands-on experience with US IT interview patterns
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Comfortable working in night shift (US time zones)
• Experience in virtualtrainingenvironments is mandatory
• Graduate/Postgraduate in a technical discipline preferred
