Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Java Developer role based in Bengaluru. Intellicredence Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Java Developer with 4–8 years of experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.js.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Build and enhance user interfaces using Angular or React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services
• Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Implement and manage version control using Git
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment processes

Required skills & Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Java Development
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
• Experience with Microservices architecture and REST API development
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as Angular or React.js
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Experience working with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills (Good to have):

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
• Experience working in a DevOps environment
• Understanding of security best practices in web applications
