About the Role
Our client is seeking a Full Stack + GenAI professional with 5–8 years of experience to own the end-to-end delivery of modern Full Stack, Cloud, and AI solutions.
This is not a traditional project management role. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background, deep technical understanding, and the ability to lead engineering teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and take solutions from design and development through deployment and production at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical delivery of Full Stack, Cloud, and AI projects.
- Lead and guide engineering teams in building scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
- Drive technical decisions across system architecture, APIs, microservices, databases, and integrations.
- Take ownership of deployments at scale using cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, reliability, and observability.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools, AI agents, and automation to improve engineering productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Review technical designs, understand application code, and troubleshoot critical production issues.
- Identify and remove technical blockers while improving engineering quality and execution.
- Take complete ownership of delivery, from requirements gathering through successful production deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Full Stack Engineering, software development, and technical delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern Full Stack technologies, including React, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, integrations, and system architecture.
- Experience building and deploying scalable, production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience or strong exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models, RAG, AI agents, and AI-powered applications.
- Strong adoption of AI-assisted coding and software development tools to improve engineering speed and quality.
- Ability to review code, evaluate technical designs, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proven ability to lead engineers, make technical decisions, remove blockers, and take complete ownership of delivery.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience delivering solutions that combine Full Stack applications, cloud infrastructure, and Generative AI capabilities.
- Experience designing or reviewing highly available, distributed, and cloud-native architectures.
- Exposure to application monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability tools.
- Experience improving engineering productivity through automation and AI-driven development workflows.
- Understanding of application security, cloud security, and secure software development practices.
- Experience mentoring engineers and establishing engineering standards and best practices.
- Previous experience taking applications from early-stage design to large-scale production deployment.
