About The Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Generative AI Lead Engineer with 12 to 15 years experience to join our dynamic team
You will work closely with product managers to translate research into impactful products and services.
Qualifications:
Full Stack with Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, Java, Angular.
Ability to guide team in designing and architecture aspects of the project.
Experience with production grade implementation of agentic systems using agentic framework like ADK etc. and usage of other protocols like MCP or A2A etc.
Sound understanding of GenAI concepts like LLM, Langchain, RAG Framework, tokens, vector databases like Weaviate etc.
Working knowledge of using any LLM platforms like OpenAI, Bedrock etc. and models like GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral etc.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proven experience in developing and hosting SLMs that can handle production grade use cases.
Ability to do FinOps in the area of LLM Token utilization and other cost optimization techniques.
Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.
Experience working with different data modalities (e.g., images, text, audio).
Evaluate the performance of generative models using appropriate metrics and benchmarks.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and improve model efficiency.
Ability to review current ongoing App-Dev development projects and bring in efficiency in the overall project lifecycle by usage of automation and GenAI (through usage of existing approved enterprise tools like copilots or Kero).
