Experience - Minimum 5 years - Maximum 7 years

Technical Skills: In depth Development knowledge on SaaS Platforms, Development using AI enabled Agent IDE's like GitHub Copilot, windsurf or Cursor is a must. Should have clear understanding what to be tested for the application that is developed. Good Understanding on Devops.

Functional Skills: Should have understanding on simple applications like, Task Management system, Fleet Management, Learning Management, School Management, CRM, work order Processing, POS and Billing.

Good to have: Need to lead the team by mentoring them.

Development using Linux and Mac environments.

Using OpenSource tools

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer based in the Pune Division. The chosen candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly and efficient software solutions. Additional tasks include troubleshooting and optimizing application performance, implementing scalable architectures, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including server-side programming and database management
• Experience in Front-End Development with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong foundation in Full-Stack Development and Software Development practices
• Expertise in utilizing Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for designing responsive and visually appealing interfaces
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js is a plus
