About YAGY Tech

YAGY Tech is a growing FoodTech and SaaS company building technology products across consumer food delivery, enterprise cafeteria management and supply-chain operations.

Our products include:

Mealawe — a technology platform for fresh, home-style meals and subscriptions.

DeskDyne — an enterprise cafeteria and workplace food-management platform used by corporates, institutions and large workplaces.

Navmool — our food sourcing and supply-chain platform.

We operate with a lean product and engineering team where engineers are expected to take real ownership — from architecture and development to testing, deployment and production performance.

We are now looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building production systems rather than working on only one small part of the technology stack.

What You'll DoFull Stack Engineering

• Build and maintain production applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js
• Design APIs, backend services and responsive frontend experiences
• Own features from requirement understanding through development, testing and deployment
• Write clean, maintainable and scalable code using strong OOP and DSA fundamentals
• Participate in architecture and technical decision-making

AI-Assisted Development

AI-assisted engineering is an important part of our development workflow.

You will be expected to use modern coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or equivalent tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing and code review — without compromising engineering quality.

Performance & Scalability

• Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks
• Design and optimize MongoDB/DynamoDB schemas, queries and indexes
• Build systems considering scalability, reliability and load from the beginning
• Monitor and troubleshoot production applications

Cloud & DevOps

• Develop and deploy applications on AWS
• Work with services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB and CloudWatch
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Work with Docker and containerized environments
• Exposure to Kubernetes will be an advantage

Web & Mobile

• Build experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Work with device/native capabilities where required
• Exposure to Angular, Ionic or Capacitor will be an advantage as parts of our existing production ecosystem use these technologies

Architecture

• Contribute to service architecture and scalability decisions
• Work on gradually evolving applications from monolithic to service-oriented/microservices architecture where appropriate
  

What We Absolutely Need

• 4–6 years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js
• Strong experience with MongoDB
• Experience building and deploying production applications
• Hands-on experience with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of MongoDB schema design, indexes and query optimization
• Experience with REST APIs and backend architecture
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Unit and integration testing discipline
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership of a feature from requirement to production
• Comfortable working from our Pune office
• Regular exposure to modern AI-assisted software-development tools
