The Role

As a Full-stack Engineer at VinylEquity you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining the backend services that power our tokenization platform. The Work

• Design and implement scalable backend APIs and services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and full-stack ownership when needed.
• Optimize existing services for performance and reliability, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Engage in agile development practices, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in React for full-stack responsibilities, ensuring a cohesive development process.
• Experience building and maintaining backend APIs and services, with a strong understanding of RESTful principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to both backend and occasional full-stack tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in the US fintech ecosystem, providing insights into industry standards and practices.
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies to enhance service scalability.
• Knowledge of database management and optimization techniques.
