Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Web & Mobile) who can design, develop, and scale modern applications across web, mobile, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with React (Web), React Native (Mobile), Node.js backend services, PostgreSQL databases, and cloud deployment.
Experience or exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) is an added advantage, particularly in integrating AI-powered features, intelligent workflows, or LLM-based services into applications.
Key Responsibilities
Web & Mobile Frontend
- Develop responsive web applications using React.js
- Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (Android & iOS)
- Implement predictable state management using Redux Toolkit
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive user experiences
- Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency
Backend & APIs
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js (Node 20 LTS) and Express.js
- Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and validations
- Maintain Swagger / OpenAPI 3.0 documentation
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of backend services
Database & Data Layer
- Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL (15+) schemas and queries
- Handle transactions, indexing, and query performance tuning
- Manage data migrations and schema versioning
Cloud, DevOps & Deployment
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Work with cloud services including:
- Compute (EC2 / Compute Engine)
- Managed databases (RDS / Cloud SQL)
- Object storage (S3 / Cloud Storage)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- Participate in production monitoring, debugging, and incident resolution
Engineering & Collaboration
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 45 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with:
- React.js (Web)
- React Native (Mobile)
- Backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience with REST APIs and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
- Practical experience with AWS or GCP
- Strong understanding of Git-based version control (GitHub / GitLab)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of security, performance, and scalability concepts
Added Advantage (GenAI Nice to Have)
- Exposure to Generative AI / LLM-based applications
- Experience integrating AI services such as:
- AI chatbots or assistants
- Intelligent search, summarization, or recommendation features
- Familiarity with:
- Prompt engineering
- API-based LLM integrations
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts
- Using AI tools to improve developer productivity or product capabilities
