Work Hours: 9 PM – 5 AM IST

Experience: 7–10 years (Overall), 4–7 years hands-on Python development

Salary: 15–20 LPA

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, AWS, and React.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend development experience, familiarity with cloud infrastructure, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Python, with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and AWS SAM.
• Build and consume REST APIs for internal and client-facing applications.
• Develop frontend applications using React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components) and ensure responsive and cross-browser compatible designs.
• Implement state management using Redux or Context API.
• Collaborate with the team on CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
• Interact with clients to understand issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Provide proactive updates and maintain transparency in project progress and client communications.

Mandatory Skills:

Backend:

• Advanced Python development (performance-focused)
• AWS expertise: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, AWS SAM
• Experience with data modeling and performance tuning in DynamoDB
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and containerization

Frontend:

• React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components)
• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
• State management libraries (Redux, Context API)
• REST API integration
• UI libraries/frameworks (PrimeReact, MUI, etc.)
• AWS Amplify for auth, API, and storage integration

Soft Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Client interaction and issue resolution
• Team collaboration and proactive problem-solving
