The Role

We want an engineer who ships working products fast by directing AI coding agents, and who has the engineering judgement to make that output production-ready. You will use tools like Claude Code, Cursor and similar agents every day to go from brief to prototype in hours and from prototype to production in days. This is not a prompt-only role: you must read, review, debug and own every line that ships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build web apps, internal tools, client prototypes and SaaS features end to end using AI-assisted development.
• Turn client briefs, Figma designs and PRDs into working front-end and back-end code quickly.
• Write clear specs, context files and prompts that get reliable output from AI coding agents; refine them into reusable team workflows.
• Review, test and refactor AI-generated code for security, performance, accessibility and maintainability.
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), RAG pipelines, MCP servers and agent frameworks into products.
• Build automations with n8n or similar tools and connect third-party APIs (CRM, WhatsApp, analytics, CMS).
• Deploy and maintain apps on Vercel, AWS or Azure with CI/CD, logging and monitoring.
• Support pre-sales with rapid proof-of-concepts and demos for client pitches.

Must Have

• 3+ years of professional software development with a portfolio of shipped, live products.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript; hands-on with React/Next.js and Node.js; working knowledge of MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Daily, demonstrable use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot or similar) on real projects.
• Solid fundamentals: Git, REST APIs, authentication, debugging, testing and basic security practices.
• Ability to explain and defend the code the AI wrote, including why an approach was chosen.

Good to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or OpenAI Agents SDK; building MCP servers.
• Python for scripting, data or AI work.
• React Native or mobile experience.
• Tailwind CSS and an eye for good UI.
• Docker, Terraform or cloud certifications.
