We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can design, build, and deploy end-to-end web applications integrated with enterprise backend systems.
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building robust, scalable applications across frontend and backend layers. You will work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, cloud teams, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
This role requires strong engineering fundamentals, ownership mindset, and the ability to work in client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive, scalable web applications using React.js (preferred) or Vue.js
- Build modular, reusable, component-based UI systems
- Implement state management for complex workflows
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
- Ensure performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility
Backend Development
- Design and develop backend services using Python (FastAPI/Flask preferred) or Node.js
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate with databases
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Ensure clean architecture and maintainable code practices
Database & Integration
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Design efficient data schemas and query logic
- Integrate applications with third-party enterprise systems and APIs
DevOps & Deployment
- Containerize applications using Docker
- Support cloud deployments (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Work with GitHub-based version control and release workflows
- Participate in CI/CD processes
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues
Client Interaction
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders when required
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical walkthroughs and solution demos
Required Skills
- 36 years of full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (TypeScript preferred)
- Experience with React.js or Vue.js
- Strong backend development experience (Python or Node.js)
- Experience building REST APIs
- Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working in AI or data-driven product environments
- Familiarity with WebSockets or real-time applications
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Knowledge of frontend observability and performance monitoring
