Full-Stack Engineer with demonstrated expertise in TypeScript, Node.js/Java, and React. The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience with Postgres, DevOps practices, and a proven ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications in the healthcare domain.

Required Technology Stack

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Contribute to backend services and APIs in Node.js/Java. Java is mandate
• Design and optimize Postgres database schemas, queries, and performance.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications in compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR as applicable).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders – Product, QA - to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and adaptable code that facilitates seamless feature additions.
• Engage in technical discussions and structured knowledge sharing.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into development practices where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js/Java, and React.
• Working knowledge of Java and its related frameworks.
• Experience with SQL databases, preferably Postgres.
• Knowledge with GitHub Actions (CI/CD) and AWS cloud services.
• Solid understanding of both functional and object-oriented programming paradigms, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world contexts.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven effectiveness in agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of software design principles and design patterns, with applied experience in scalable and maintainable systems.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with frontend optimization and accessibility best practices.
• Prior exposure to healthcare domain applications and compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity.
• The candidate should be willing to work with different tech stacks as needed.
• Domain knowledge in billing, revenue, and payments systems is an added advantage.
