Full Stack Engineer

TIST is building an influencer marketing and AI - driven marketplace product. The app is mobile-first and our audience is iOS-first. We are looking for a senior full stack developer who can own features end to end, with real depth on the backend. This is a hands-on role on a lean team. You will work directly with product and design, and your code will shape the product and create impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own backend services in Python and Django - data models, APIs, background jobs, and the systems that hold our product data.
• Build and ship features across the stack, from PostgreSQL schema through to the interface.
• Work on the React and TypeScript web frontend, deployed with Vercel.
• Contribute to the React Native mobile app for iOS and Android.
• Write and review code, and keep quality high through tests and sensible architecture.
• Work with AWS infrastructure, Celery, Redis, and Docker as part of day to day delivery.
• Experiment with AI in the product and help turn those experiments into shipped features.

The split we expect :

Roughly sixty percent backend and forty percent frontend. Backend strength is the requirement we will not compromise on. Frontend capability needs to be genuine, not passing familiarity.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Strong Python and Django, with a track record of designing and scaling PostgreSQL databases.
• Solid React and TypeScript. React Native experience is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with AWS, Docker, Redis, and Celery in a live environment.
•  iOS development knowledge is valued. As our creator audience is iOS-first, we expect to go deeper into the Apple ecosystem over time.
• Curiosity about AI and an interest in building it into the product rather than around it.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment, with ambiguity, ownership, and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of building production software.
• Startup experience is strongly preferred.
