Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Full Stack Engineer, based in Ahmedabad. The Full Stack Engineer will work across the technology stack to design, develop, and maintain the EleFant platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include back-end and front-end development, implementing new features, optimizing performance, ensuring cross-platform compatibility, and building scalable software solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with significant exposure to both frontend and backend.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js/React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Experience with relational databasesespecially PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Flutter (or other cross-platform mobile frameworks).
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Vercel, or other cloud hosting/DevOps platforms.
• Proven track record of leading small teams or projectsmentoring engineers, establishing best practices.
• Strong product thinking: ability to balance tech choices with business/user needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
