Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who can build, improve, and maintain our internal and customer-facing applications. You will work across the entire stack from backend APIs to frontend interfaces and contribute directly to product development, feature releases, and system stability.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building fast, learning fast, and shipping real product impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development

Build and maintain scalable REST APIs and backend services.

Work with Node.js, Express, or similar backend frameworks.

Integrate third-party APIs and handle authentication flows.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Optimize databases for performance and reliability (SQL/NoSQL).

2. Frontend Development

Develop responsive UI features using React, Next.js, or modern JS frameworks.

Translate UI/UX designs into functional components.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and smooth user experience.

Maintain reusable components and adhere to good design principles.

3. DevOps & Infrastructure

Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).

Manage deployments, CI/CD, and version control (Git).

Monitor application performance and optimize for scale.

4. Collaboration & Ownership

Work closely with Product, Design, and Ops teams to understand requirements.

Convert business needs into technical solutions.

Own features end-to-end from planning to deployment.

Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.

Frontend experience with React / Next.js or similar.

Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and backend logic.

Familiarity with Git, version control, and deployment workflows.

Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud deployment (GCP/AWS).

Experience with automation tools or backend cron workflows.

Experience with caching layers (Redis), queues, or microservices.

Ability to write simple scripts for ops/automation.

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
