About the Role:
Join our dynamic on-site team as a Full Stack Engineer, working primarily with React and Node.js. The role expects strong hands-on coding skills while also embracing modern vibe coding workflows that utilize AI-assisted code generation. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to create scalable, maintainable applications through a blend of direct coding and effective AI interaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and back-end services with Node.js.
- Use vibe coding approaches where AI assists in generating code, while you focus on defining precise requirements, reviewing AI output, and refining solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with team members on architectural design and continuous improvement of development practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring performance and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong proficiency in React and Node.js with demonstrated hands-on coding capability.
- Familiarity or willingness to work with AI-assisted coding tools (vibe coding) as part of the development workflow.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Commitment to working full-time on-site in Ahmedabad.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript, cloud platforms, containerization (Docker).
- Knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior exposure to whiteboard or live coding interviews.
