Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

Reports to: Lead Engineer - AI & Transformation

Experience level: 3-5 years

Location / Work mode: Gurgaon (On-site)

Employment type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of Our Product

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and product team to translate requirements into technical designs

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack

• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance

• Own code deployment, code review, API design, database schema ownership, and CI/CD

involvement

Tech Stack

Front-end: Vue.js or React.js

Back-end: .NET or Python

Database: MongoDB, MySQL

Search / Infra: Elasticsearch

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in full stack development

• Strong proficiency in Vue.js or React.js on the front-end

• Strong proficiency in .NET or Python on the back-end

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL; comfortable working with both relational and

NoSQL data models

• Experience with Elasticsearch for search/indexing use cases

• Familiarity with version control (Git)

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

• Cloud platform experience with Azure

• Prior experience in the e-commerce domain

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and ability to work closely with a Tech Lead in a fast-paced environment

• Ownership mindset and comfort working across the full stack independently

• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
