Full Stack Engineer

Role : Backend Engineer : Remote | India

We're hiring a Backend engineer to help take a deep tech product from MVP to enterprise-ready POC + community launch.

This is a short, high-impact build sprint working directly with founders. LeoTrace is building a security intelligence system for AI-generated code — not a point tool, but a continuously learning layer that captures how developers and AI agents reason about risk, and enforces that intelligence directly inside coding workflows.

What you'll do

• Ship core backend systems required for enterprise POC readiness
• Build and harden event pipelines, data capture, and processing layers
• Implement API endpoints and integrations with developer tooling / CI workflows
• Own reliability, performance, and production readiness of core services
• Work fast, make decisions, and ship without hand-holding

What we're looking for

• Strong backend experience
• Experience building data pipelines, event-driven systems, or developer tooling
• Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity + speed over process
• Able to design clean systems without overengineering
• Bias to action you ship, not just plan

Nice to have

• Experience with security, dev tooling, or CI/CD systems
• Experience working with AI/LLM-integrated products
• Previous startup / zero-to-one experience
