Full Stack Engineer

Role: Fullstack Lead

Location : Pune (Baner – 5 days WFO)

Skills Required:

Backend: Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis ·

Frontend: TypeScript, React ·

Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD

Testing: pytest, Robot Framework ·

Other: Experience with Microservices architectures, asynchronous processing, object storage(S3

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and Lead a Team: Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers.

2. 6–8 years of professional experience in software engineering, including at least several years in senior or lead roles

3. Drive Delivery: Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring milestones are met with quality, scalability, and sustainability in mind.

4. Hands-on Guidance: Contribute actively to the codebase, lead by example in both backend and frontend development, and support complex technical challenges.

5. Set Technical Direction: Shape system architecture, define coding standards, and guide the adoption of best practices across the team.

6. Foster Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Managers and other engineering teams to ensure alignment and smooth integration.

7. Ensure Quality: Oversee testing, code reviews, and QA practices to maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.

8. Scale for the Future: Lay the foundations for a sustainable, scalable external team that can grow with the company's evolving needs.
