Full Stack Engineer

We are hiring for Microsoft 365 Engineer – AI & Workplace Collaboration for Pune location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage enterprise-grade workplace collaboration platforms across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud environments.
• Work on AI-enabled project delivery including requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, and adoption.
• Develop and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks for workplace collaboration use cases.
• Design Copilot prompts and workflows using LangChain and RAG-based architectures.
• Implement governance frameworks including retention, compliance, and DLP.
• Manage unified communication platforms like Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Zoom, and Contact Center solutions.
• Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
