We're Hiring | Full Stack Lead Engineer | Chennai (Onsite/Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies, along with experience in cloud, networking, and scalable system design.

Position Title: Lead Engineer – Full Stack

Location: Chennai (Onsite/Hybrid – Mandatory)

Experience: 6+ Years

Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred

Mandatory Skills:

• Core Java (Advanced)
• Spring Boot (Advanced)
• React (Medium to Advanced)
• AWS (Medium)
• OS / Networking Fundamentals (Medium)
• DSA: Should be comfortable solving Leetcode Easy to Medium problems
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI/ML technologies will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, design, and performance optimization
• Work on networking and OS-level integration for enterprise systems
• Drive best practices in DSA, code structure, testing, and deployment
