The platform runs in air-gapped, private-cloud, or other sovereign environments, so sensitive data never leaves the client's own infrastructure. ReN3 works with government, banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and construction clients, and partners with major infrastructure and cloud providers on deployment.

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our ReN3 Software Engineering & Development team. You will own features end to end: API and data layer through to UI, plus the deployment path into customer environments. We ship into constrained environments — no internet egress, customer-controlled infrastructure, strict ACL and audit requirements — so correctness and operability matter as much as velocity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build product surfaces on the ReN3 Search and Agents platform: ingestion and connector pipelines, retrieval APIs, admin and search UX
• Develop backend services in TypeScript/Node or Python
• Integrate with vector and search backends (Qdrant, OpenSearch), object storage, and identity/ACL systems
• Harden features for air-gapped delivery: offline builds, deterministic packaging, config-driven deployment
• Partner with pre-sales and delivery on customer-driven requirements

What We're Looking For

Must-have

• 3 - 5 years building and shipping production web applications
• Strong in TypeScript (Node) or Python, and comfortable being pulled into the other
• Solid frontend ability — React or equivalent; you can build a clean, usable interface without a designer holding your hand
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least one non-relational store
• Comfortable with Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD
• High agency — you scope ambiguous problems yourself, unblock without waiting to be assigned, and close the loop
• Fluent with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar) — delegating effectively, reviewing critically, and knowing where they break down

Nice-to-have

• Experience with LLM applications: RAG, embeddings, evaluations, tracing (Langfuse, RAGAS)
• Multi-tenant or on-premises enterprise software delivery
• Exposure to auth/SSO (OIDC, SAML), RBAC, or data-governance requirements
• Open-source contributions
