The Role

We're looking for a full stack software engineer who cares deeply about customer impact and shipping high-quality products.

You will work across frontend and backend systems to build scalable, customer-facing features, collaborate closely with product and design, and help improve the reliability and performance of our platform.

This role is hands-on, product-driven, and ideal for engineers who enjoy ownership and fast iteration.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale customer-facing web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Identify and solve system-level issues that impact scalability, reliability, and customer value
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
• Leverage CodeGen and GenAI tools to significantly improve development speed and quality
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to raising engineering standards
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of frontend and backend systems

Senior-level plus responsibilities (for strong candidates):

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
• Mentor teammates and act as a force multiplier for the team

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack software engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with React and modern frontend patterns
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience building backend services and APIs, preferably with Node.js
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience building and shipping customer-facing SaaS products
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-moving teams
• Experience using CodeGen or GenAI tools to improve productivity

Nice to have:

• Experience with asynchronous processing or background jobs
• Prior experience scaling systems or improving performance at scale
