Role: Full Stack Technical Lead

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Chennai

Role Summary:

Lead the development of the Banker Dashboard and drive future application modernization initiatives, owning architecture, implementation, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own dashboard architecture and implementation.
  • Define application standards and design patterns.
  • Lead UI/API modernization initiatives.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering teams.

Required Skills

  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, modern web architecture, UI design patterns.
  • Backend: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices.
  • Security: Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth2, RBAC, SSO.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Docker, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Data: SQL, Databricks SQL, API integration.
