About the Role

We're hiring a backend-focused Full Stack Engineer to build scalable integrations and power data connectivity across platforms. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working on APIs, integrations, and solving real-world data challenges.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (CRMs, marketing tools, APIs)
• Work closely with customers to enable seamless onboarding and integrations
• Implement secure authentication flows (OAuth, JWT)
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of backend services
• Contribute to engineering best practices and mentor peers

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of backend development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience building REST APIs and integrations
• Solid understanding of authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT)
• Good problem-solving skills and backend fundamentals

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Exposure to SaaS integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Familiarity with JavaScript (basic frontend understanding)
• Knowledge of Spring WebFlux / SSO / SAML
