Recrew is building a simple and fast hiring platform for the hospitality sector. We are looking for a freelance full stack developer who can build our first version web portal. The goal is to launch a clean MVP that allows basic profile uploads and employer search, along with a simple backend for our internal team.

Responsibilities

• Create a basic worker and employer signup flow
• Build a searchable listing system with filters
• Create an internal dashboard for shortlisting profiles
• Enable WhatsApp click to connect for employers
• Ensure a clean and responsive user experience
• Deliver the MVP within four weeks

Requirements

• Experience in building startup MVPs or dashboard based portals
• Strong skills in MERN or Laravel or any modern full stack framework
• Ability to work independently and understand lean product requirements
• Good communication and fast turnaround
