Position Overview

This role owns the frontend of the company's RCA platform end-to-end — building data-dense diagnostic interfaces, defect investigation workflows, and real-time production dashboards that surface causal chains from AI pipelines. Full-stack contributions across Node.js/NestJS APIs and MongoDB are expected where needed, but the primary domain is the UI layer. This is a high-ownership role where you shape what gets built, not just execute tickets.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and evolve RCA and defect investigation interfaces that surface causal chains, failure patterns, and AI-generated diagnostic summaries across complex production pipelines
• Design and own interactive dashboards for production monitoring, anomaly timelines, and root cause drilldowns in semiconductor and manufacturing contexts
• Own frontend architecture decisions — component design, state management, rendering performance, and design system conventions
• Integrate real-time features including live status updates, SSE/WebSocket-driven notifications, and async AI job tracking into the UI
• Collaborate on backend APIs in Node.js/NestJS (REST, GraphQL, MongoDB) and own full feature slices from API contract to UI to release
• Build and maintain enterprise integrations with Jira, third-party data sources, and webhook-driven workflows
• Use AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM APIs) actively as a daily productivity multiplier, and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions

Must Have Criteria

• 2-4 years of full stack engineering experience with a demonstrably frontend-heavy track record
• Production-grade proficiency in React (hooks, context, performance optimization) and modern TypeScript
• Proven experience building data-heavy, visualization-rich interfaces — charts, timelines, analytical dashboards, or graph-based UIs
• Strong grasp of component architecture, design systems, and responsive UI patterns
• Backend exposure in Node.js — comfortable reading, writing, and debugging server-side code in a NestJS or equivalent environment
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar document databases
• Active daily use of AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent) in development workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience building real-time UIs using SSE or WebSockets
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker in the context of frontend service deployment
• Prior exposure to AI-facing, industrial, or enterprise products — especially in semiconductor, manufacturing, or data-intensive domains
• Experience with Jira integrations or webhook-driven third-party workflows
• Contributions to design system development or reusable UI component libraries
