Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Software Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js ecosystems. The ideal candidate should have exposure to modern frameworks like Next.js and Nest.js, along with a solid understanding of TypeScript, JSON-based data handling, and workflow orchestration tools such as Camunda and BPMN.io.

This role primarily involves configuring, customizing, and enhancing existing enterprise-grade products built on Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and extend existing applications built using Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop scalable backend services using NestJS and Node.js.
• Build and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data formats such as JSON.
• Configuring workflow engines similar like Camunda using BPMN.io models.
• Design, write, and optimize SQL queries for PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance.
• Contribute to documentation for system design, workflows, and APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in:
• Node.js
• React.js
• TypeScript
• Experience with frameworks:
• Next.js (frontend SSR/SSG applications)
• NestJS (backend architecture)
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with JSON data structures and transformations.
• Basic understanding of workflow engines like Camunda.
• Exposure to BPMN 2.0 concepts and tools like BPMN.io.
• Version control experience (Git).

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker or containerized environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

• Customizing product workflows and UI based on business requirements.
• Working on workflow automation using BPMN tools alike.
• Fixing bugs and improving system performance.
• Supporting deployment and post-release monitoring.
• Monitoring the product and configuring and customizing the new projects on the product
• Interacting with business stakeholders and provide technical support with the daily reports.
