Key Responsibilities :

  • Build full-stack applications that enable internal teams to interact with and extract insights as we scale our proprietary data platform.
  • Collaborate with development partners to integrate backend services, APIs, and front-end interfaces.
  • Work across the stack : design and implement clean, scalable frontend components and reliable backend APIs.
  • Integrate with third-party systems such as Salesforce, Power BI, and CDPs to enable real-time marketing insights and campaign performance views.
  • Partner with data engineers to build interfaces for data operations, monitoring, and exception handling.
  • Ensure security, performance, and usability best practices are followed as the platform scales.
  • Contribute to the internal product roadmap, focusing on user experience, self-service tools, and automation to empower teams across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 4 - 8 years of experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a B2B demand generation, data, or SaaS-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or similar) and strong backend development experience (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, or Java).
  • Experience designing and integrating with RESTful APIs, data services, and authentication systems.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, data structures, and database performance optimization.
  • Comfortable collaborating with data engineering teams and understanding backend data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with data tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a scrappy, high-ownership, fast-paced environment, balancing speed with quality.
