Forward Deployed Engineer – Voice AI
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who can build, deploy, and optimize real-world Voice AI solutions for enterprise customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, AI, product, and customer delivery.
You will work directly with customers to understand business problems, design AI-powered workflows, and take solutions from prototype to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy scalable Voice AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Design and optimize conversational AI systems using LLMs, prompts, and RAG pipelines
- Develop integrations with CRMs, telephony platforms, ERPs, scheduling systems, and automation tools
- Analyze AI conversations and identify failure points, edge cases, and optimization opportunities
- Improve AI agent performance through prompt tuning and workflow enhancements
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Own end-to-end delivery and customer outcomes
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript
- Experience building AI/ML applications in production
- Good understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and conversational AI
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and scalable system design
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments with ambiguous requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 2–3 years of experience in software engineering or AI-focused roles
- Startup experience preferred
