Location: Mumbai, Western Suburbs. Work from office. This is not a remote job.

Compensation: Based on skills and experience, between 40,000 - 60,000 per month.

About the Role

We're building and scaling an OTT streaming platform with a strong focus on performance, analytics, and user experience. We're looking for a highly driven full stack developer who can take ownership of key parts of the product and continuously push the system forward.

This is not a just complete assigned tasks role. We want someone who is curious, proactive, and constantly looking for ways to improve the product, codebase, and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain full stack features across web/mobile platforms

Work on video streaming workflows (playback, content delivery, integrations)

Develop dashboards, analytics pipelines, and backend services

Integrate third-party systems (CDNs, ad networks, payment systems, etc.)

Debug production issues and improve system reliability and performance

Suggest and implement improvements without being asked

Take ownership of tasks end-to-end (from idea to deployment)

What We're Looking For

Strong fundamentals in full stack development (frontend + backend)

Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks, and APIs

Solid understanding of databases, system design basics, and debugging

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently

Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

High ownership: you don't wait for instructions, you figure things out

Proactive communicator who asks questions and seeks clarity

Good to Have (Not Required)

Experience building or working on OTT / streaming platforms

Flutter experience

Familiarity with video streaming (HLS, DASH), CDNs, or media pipelines

Experience with analytics systems, event tracking, or ad tech (VAST, GAM)

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
