The role

We're looking for software engineers with 3+ years of experience who have hands-on experience building software products and AI-powered applications.

You'll work on products that use AI to solve real business problems, including AI agents, multi-agent systems, automated workflows, and integrations with existing business systems. You'll build across the stack, from backend services and APIs to frontend applications, and take your work from idea to production.

You'll work closely with the founder, own what you build, and help shape how we develop and ship products.

What you'll do

- Build and ship AI-powered products and features from idea to production.

- Design and develop AI agents, agentic workflows, and integrations that perform real business tasks.

- Build reliable backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.

- Integrate LLMs, external tools, and business systems into practical solutions.

- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve your workflow.

- Make technical decisions, debug production issues, and ensure the systems you build are reliable.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of software development experience.

- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications or products, ideally involving AI agents, tool calling, multi-step workflows, or LLM integrations.

- Strong backend and frontend development skills (Node.js, Go, React, or equivalent technologies).

- Good understanding of APIs, databases, system design, and production-ready software.

- Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex or GitHub Copilot.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make sound technical decisions.

- Curiosity to experiment, learn new technologies, and solve unfamiliar problems.
