Hiring: AEM Full Stack Developer | Pune (Viman Nagar) | 4 Positions

We are looking for experienced AEM Full Stack Developers to join our team in Pune. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-level projects in a hybrid work environment.

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Experience: 4+ years

Engagement: Staff Augmentation (Work from Client Location)

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days WFO per week)

Budget: Up to 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using AEM, Java, and related technologies.
  • Design, build, and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
  • Participate across the full SDLC including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop scalable, modular code using TDD principles.
  • Integrate AEM with third-party systems and work on AEM Sites and Assets.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and ensure best practices.
  • Perform AEM upgrades, patches, and coordinate with Adobe Managed Services.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and maintain system stability.
  • Conduct code reviews and support QA validation.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to architecture guidelines and design standards.

Required Technical Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AEM, Java, and web application development.
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture (CRX, Sling, OSGi, JCR).
  • Experience with full-cycle AEM implementations.
  • Expertise in AEM/CQ5 building blocks such as DAM, Workflows, Touch UI, Dispatcher.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, XML, XHTML, REST services.
  • Front-end proficiency: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.
  • Experience with AEM upgrades, Unix troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Experience integrating AEM with CRMs, marketing systems, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with search engines (Coveo is a plus).
  • Understanding of AEM security and SSO.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with AEM Cloud, Adobe Admin, Adobe Cloud Manager.
  • Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
  • Exposure to distributed teams.
  • Basic AWS knowledge.
  • Experience with MSM, Translation Services, Dispatcher, and performance testing tools.

  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
