Job Description:
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who actually knows how to build and ship real products — not someone who only copies tutorials. You will handle the entire development cycle across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud deployment. If you can't take ownership, this role isn't for you.
Responsibilities:
- Build responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces using React.
- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.
- Manage MongoDB databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Develop and maintain mobile or web-based applications.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Integrate, build, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs.
- Work closely with the team to deliver features end-to-end with clean, maintainable code.
- Handle debugging, performance tuning, and production-level problem solving.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
- Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals — JavaScript, HTML, CSS, state management.
- Backend expertise including authentication, routing, middleware, and API architecture.
- Experience with AWS services and deployment workflows.
- Ability to manage databases and write efficient queries.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently without being spoon-fed.
- Bonus: Experience with app development (React Native or similar).
