Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend and frontend development with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.JS, & MySQL. Experience with AWS is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Java Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Database Management: Implement, optimize, and manage databases using MySQL, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• API Development: Create robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs to support front-end and mobile applications.
• Integration: Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
• Testing & Debugging: Develop unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, as well as debug and resolve issues.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Cloud Integration: Utilize AWS services for application deployment, monitoring, and scaling (if applicable).
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications:

• BE / BTech / MTech

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in Fullstack development.
• Proven experience with Java Spring Boot and React.JS.
• Strong understanding of MySQL, including query optimization and database design.

Skills:

• Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of security best practices in backend development.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of other databases such as NoSQL.
