NEXUS is introducing the ultimate software control layer: a next-generation Data Center Operating System built from the ground up to orchestrate the AI era. Our platform holistically unifies infrastructure orchestration, FinOps, full-stack observability, and intelligent workload analytics into a single powerhouse layer. By replacing fragmented toolchains with autonomous intelligence, we wipe out massive compute resource waste and maximize capital efficiency for enterprise environments at scale.
We don't build hardware, and we don't train models. Instead, we provide the ultimate visibility and orchestration layer making hyper-scale compute sustainable.
Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer (3+ Years Experience) who can connect advanced telemetry, real-time workload orchestration, and infrastructure data pipelines with highly performant, data-dense digital applications.
This role is ideal for an engineering professional who understands how modern cloud-native architectures perform in the real world: low-latency rendering, complex data structures, heavy system design, large-scale data aggregation, and highly scalable microservices.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will:
- Lead the architectural design and development of intuitive web applications and core system interfaces, focusing heavily on high-performance data visualization, robust system design, frontend state management, and clean backend engineering.
- Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, SRE, platform engineering, and product management teams to build seamless, secure, and performant user experiences across our core platform.
- Own and enhance the end-to-end full-stack engineering strategy, including rapid feature delivery, algorithmic efficiency, system optimization, code review governance, API design, and infrastructure scaling.
- Design meaningful dashboards that translate complex infrastructure telemetry and compute utilization metrics into executive-ready and operations-ready insights.
- Build and maintain robust application pipelines that interface with core backend systems to aggregate, parse, and process live workload and GPU utilization data at scale.
- Implement deep frontend and backend performance tuning along with advanced monitoring tools to ensure real-time telemetry updates seamlessly across distributed networks with minimal browser and system latency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience building and engineering mid-to-large-scale SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade software applications, with 3+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong core engineering fundamentals, including deep knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms (DSA), System Design, and architectural patterns.
- Deep hands-on experience with modern frontend ecosystems, specifically React, Next.js, TypeScript, and robust application state management.
- Strong experience with backend languages and systems such as Node.js, Python, Go, or similar technologies to build secure, low latency microservices and distributed APIs.
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture, authentication standards, RESTful/GraphQL API development, and web security best practices.
- Practical expertise with database design, query tuning, and performance optimization across both SQL and NoSQL data layers.
- Ability to engineer clear and actionable operational dashboards that translate complex telemetry and heavy data streams into high-fidelity visual systems, charts, and graphs.
- Experience developing or improving automation workflows, build pipelines, unit/integration testing frameworks, and containerized local development environments (Docker).
- Excellent collaboration skills with Infrastructure, Cloud, SRE, Platform Engineering, and Product teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced data visualization libraries, canvas tools, or charting layers such as D3.js, Three.js, Chart.js, Recharts, or WebGL.
- Working knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with real-time data streaming or managing heavy telemetry pipelines.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS/GCP developer certifications, CKA, or equivalent engineering credentials.
- A fierce passion for deep-tech, high-performance systems engineering, modern platform architecture, and building the foundation for the future of compute.
