Your Mission

We are seeking an AI Innovation Creative Builder, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of healthcare through AI. In this highly dynamic and impactful role, your mission is to bridge the gap between business and technology—rapidly prototyping bold ideas into functional, real-world solutions. You'll bring a strong technical foundation, a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and an insatiable drive to innovate. Your work will directly support high-priority, ELT-1-level business cases.

This is a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment. We move quickly: building MVPs in 24–48 hours, prototyping within a week, and deploying to production shortly after. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with an evolving team in Commercial to establish strong relationships and build partnerships
• Rapidly understand evolving business needs and translate them into innovative technical prototypes.
• Design and develop rapid prototypes of business applications using modern technologies (e.g., React, Python).
• Apply creative problem-Solving to address complex commercial and pharmaceutical challenges.
• Stay at the forefront of AI and industry trends, continuously bringing new ideas and technologies to the team.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in software development, with a focus on rapid prototyping and application development.
• Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of application development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred Experience with NextJS, N8N and AI powered IDE's (example: Cursor).
• Familiarity with AI platforms and services (OpenAI, Anthropic and Open-source AI models).
• Examples of real applications built (GitHub repos used as references) using AI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
