Position Overview:

The .NET Developer Team Lead oversees the technical development of .NET-based applications while guiding a team of developers. The role involves designing system architecture, writing and reviewing code, solving complex technical issues, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and performance standards. The Team Lead coordinates with stakeholders, manages development tasks, mentors team members, and ensures smooth, efficient execution of software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a small team of developers (24 members) and ensure timely project delivery.

Participate in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and technical design discussions.

Develop, test, and deploy web and API-based applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core, Angular

Review team members code, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain code quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, DevOps) for smooth execution.

Support existing applications, identify performance issues, and implement improvements.

Manage daily stand-ups, track progress, and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

Mentor junior developers and encourage best development practices.

Prepare documentation for developed modules and integrations.

Technical Skills:

Strong programming skills in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web API.

Experience in Entity Framework / LINQ and SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).

Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and preferably Angular or React.

Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of Git / TFS, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes.

Basic understanding of Azure / AWS or any cloud platform (preferred).

Soft Skills:

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership.
