We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer with strong fullstack expertise to lead the technical direction of a new Scrum team. This team will focus on modernizing a businesscritical application that currently runs on Classic ASP, ASPX, MVC .NET, and AngularJS. The goal is to transition the platform to ReactJS on the front end and .NET Core on the backend. This role involves close collaboration with the Solution Architect and engagement with client stakeholders throughout the project.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design and development of fullstack solutions for a highimpact application.
- Guide the migration from legacy technologies to a modern technical stack.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure highquality delivery across all stages.
- Provide technical leadership to the team and support engineers through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices are followed.
- Oversee API design and development using REST principles.
- Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and help the team deliver on sprint goals.
- Support the transition from a monolithic architecture to microservices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with ReactJS, .NET Core, MVC .NET, and C#.
- Handson experience with MS SQL Server.
- Practical knowledge of AWS services.
- Experience designing and building REST APIs.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of application security standards.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
- Experience leading development teams in an Agile environment.
