Full Stack Engineer – AI & Platform Systems

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Engineer with strong backend and frontend expertise to build scalable web, mobile, and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the entire technology stack from backend systems and APIs to frontend interfaces, infrastructure, cloud deployments, and modern AI integrations.

This role requires someone who can independently design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade systems while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. Candidates with experience in AI systems, LLM integrations, DevOps workflows, distributed systems, and blockchain-related technologies will be strongly preferred.

You will work on real-world AI-powered systems focused on operational intelligence, workflow automation, AI orchestration, scalable infrastructure, and next-generation software systems.

This is not a maintenance-heavy role. Engineers are expected to take ownership of systems end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, move quickly, and help shape core technical direction.

• CTC: ₹15 Lakhs to ₹22 Lakhs per annum (based on experience, skillset, and fit)

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full stack software development
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade web and mobile applications
• Experience working across backend systems, frontend frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Prior exposure to AI/LLM-based systems, scalable architectures, distributed systems, or automation platforms is strongly preferred
• Experience working in startup environments or high-ownership engineering teams is preferred

You will contribute to building advanced software systems across AI, automation, infrastructure, and operational intelligence. This includes:

Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Build responsive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across platforms using frameworks such as React, React Native, and Next.js.

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and RESTful APIs using Node.js, FastAPI, and Django. Ensure high performance, scalability, maintainability, and security across backend services.

Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Optimize database schemas, queries, indexing, and overall data architecture for performance and reliability.

Work on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven workflows into production systems. Implement prompt engineering workflows, token management strategies, context window optimization, AI orchestration pipelines, and automation systems.

Contribute to the design of scalable and highly available systems architecture. Participate in architectural discussions around distributed systems, performance optimization, reliability, infrastructure scalability, and AI infrastructure design.

Deploy and manage applications on cloud infrastructure such as AWS. Work with Docker containers, Linux systems, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, logging systems, and infrastructure automation to ensure reliable deployments and operations.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to ideate, prioritize, and implement new features and platform improvements across frontend and backend systems.

Write unit tests, integration tests, and maintain testing pipelines for frontend and backend applications. Ensure code quality, stability, reliability, and maintainability through strong engineering practices.

Write and maintain clear technical documentation for APIs, system architecture, deployment workflows, development standards, and engineering processes.
