Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Golang (Backend) and React JS (Frontend) to join our growing team at MSH. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in building scalable enterprise applications and a passion for clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Golang and React JS
- Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Golang
- Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React JS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and DevOps
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions

Education and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Golang for backend development
- Strong experience with React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and System Design
- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
