About the role

We are looking for a relentless problem-solver who cares more about the outcome than the tech stack to help building the next‑gen, multi‑tenant countrys 1st Multi Asset B2B2C Marketplace.As a tech-agnostic Full Stack Developer, youll dive into unknown codebases, learn new technologies on the fly, and ship features end-to-end. You'll prototype rapidly, scale existing systems, and take extreme ownership of your work to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll do

• Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end web applications, seamlessly context-switching between frontend and backend.
• Evaluate and adopt the best tools for the job—whether that means writing APIs in Node.js, Python, or Go, and building UIs in Angular React, or Vue.
• Design robust database schemas and write optimized queries across both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Take full ownership of features from product ideation to production deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Debug complex issues across the entire stack, from browser rendering quirks to API latency and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to iterate quickly and ship high-quality, maintainable code.

Must-have

• 2–5 years of full-stack software engineering experience delivering scalable production applications.
• True tech-agnostic mindset: deep foundation in at least one modern stack, coupled with the proven ability to learn new languages and frameworks in days, not months.
• Strong fundamentals in computer science (system design, data structures, clean architecture) and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Solid understanding of version control (Git), modern web security practices, and basic web infrastructure.
• A hustler mentality: you thrive in ambiguity, have a strong bias toward action, and are comfortable navigating changing priorities autonomously.

Nice-to-have

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and automated testing.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup or a zero-to-one product building environment.
• A portfolio of side projects, hackathon wins, or open-source contributions that demonstrate your passion for building things.
