Full Stack Engineer

Our client is looking for a Full-Stack Developer, who is proficient in .NET & React.js. Our client is a market-leading, cloud-based CX benchmarking and operational improvement platform. This role is Hybrid, based out of Gurgaon (India).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React.js, C#, and .NET 8.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and services to support front-end applications and system integrations.
• Develop responsive UI components using React, TypeScript, and React Hooks, including useState and useContext.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and senior engineers to implement engaging, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Follow established coding standards, security practices, and application architecture patterns to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and support application builds and deployments.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests for front-end and back-end components.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes with guidance as needed.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Stay current with relevant technologies and apply new practices where appropriate.
• Knowledge of Spec Driven Development and Agentic development using tools like Codex, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

• 3+ years of software development experience, including hands-on experience developing applications using C#/.NET and React.js/TypeScript.
• Practical experience developing both front-end and back-end components of web applications.

Technical Skills

• Experience with .NET 8 Web API and C#, including middleware, dependency injection, and Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with React.js and TypeScript, including functional components, Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle concepts.
• Experience with front-end state management using React Hooks.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application development; exposure to Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with Git-based version control, such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Understanding of unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and software development best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and development pipelines.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
