What You'll Work On

• Build and ship end-to-end features — backend APIs + internal dashboards + integrations — for the operations platform.

• Design and implement integrations with internal business systems and external partner APIs across marketplaces, quick-commerce, and payment gateways.

• Build operator-facing dashboards in React/Next.js — clean, fast, data-dense interfaces optimized for daily operational use.

• Own data pipelines and ETL — turn raw operational signals into clean, query-ready data for analytics and decisioning.

• Collaborate with the AI Engineer to expose model outputs through APIs and surface AI decisions in operator UIs.

Who Should Apply

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience as a full-stack or backend engineer.

• Strong backend skills in Python (FastAPI, Django) and/or Node.js (Express, NestJS).

• Solid frontend skills in React (Next.js or plain) and TypeScript — can ship internal dashboards without a designer.

• Production experience with REST API design, microservices, and database modeling (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Comfortable with cloud-native development on AWS — Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, basic IaC.

• Bonus: Experience integrating with major marketplace and quick-commerce seller/partner APIs.

• Bonus: Background in retail / D2C / consumer / supply chain.
