Full Stack Engineer (L3/ Lead / SDE 3)

Role: Lead Full Stack Engineer

Location: Noida (WFO) / 5 days (Hybrid can be considered)

About the Role: We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives on building products from the ground up and continuously shipping new features. This role is backend-heavy, requiring deep expertise in Node.js and distributed system design, while also contributing across the stack.

You will architect, build, and scale core platform capabilities while staying deeply hands-on. You'll shape system design, raise the engineering bar, and mentor developers - all while consistently delivering high-quality, production-ready features.

What will you get to do

• Design, build, and continuously ship product features across the stack with a strong backend focus.
• Architect scalable backend systems, RESTful/ GraphQL APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS
• Lead system design and architectural decisions for complex modules- including database modeling and third-party service integrations
• Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Next.js, with hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance user interfaces.
• Champion engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, technical mentorship, and continuous system optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams to drive end-to-end feature ownership

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years building production-grade applications with deep expertise in Node.js and backend systems
• Proven track record designing scalable architectures, distributed systems, and high-performance APIs
• Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL- schema design, query optimization, and indexing strategies
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD-driven development workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's is a plus)
