Full Stack Engineer- Java+Kotlin

Location: India (Hybrid Bangalore/Chennai /Gurgaon/ Hyderabad, preferred)

BGV Requirement: PF account verification + last 7 years background check is mandatory

The Role in Brief

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer based in India to join one of our product

development teams focused on building and scaling modern, cloud-based web

applications. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the full product

lifecyclehelping design, build, test, and deploy features that power real-world digital

experiences.

The ideal candidate brings solid engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with

modern development stacks (Java/Kotlin with Spring, PostgreSQL, and AWS), and a

willingness to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

Build and maintain scalable backend services and web applications using

Java/Kotlin

Contribute to front-end development using React (TypeScript), HTML, CSS

Write clean, testable code and participate in peer reviews

Technical Ownership

Translate product requirements into technical tasks

Support database design, API development, and cloud infrastructure setup

Participate in troubleshooting and performance tuning activities

Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests

Agile Collaboration

Work closely with technical leads, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality

features

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives

Communicate clearly with cross-functional and cross-shore team members

Continuous Improvement

Stay current with modern development practices, tooling, and trends

Contribute to internal documentation and share learnings with the team

Basic Qualifications

7-8 years of experience in software development, with exposure to both backend

and frontend technologies

Solid hands-on experience with at least one modern web frameworkpreferably

Kotlin and Spring

Experience working with PostgreSQL or MySQL

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms

Understanding of Git, REST APIs, and CI/CD workflows

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to modern TypeScript frameworks like React

Experience working in agile environments with distributed/global teams

Knowledge of testing practices (unit/integration testing) and performance

optimization

Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a mission-driven engineering culture
