Role Description:

The Full Stack Engineer Intern will work across the YapNow mobile app and its backend. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Working extensively on the frontend of the app using React Native.

* Designing the backend architecture, including APIs, databases, and services.

* Connecting with the founders every day for task status sync-ups.

This is a 3-month, work-from-home internship. The intern will work directly with the founders, take ownership of core features, and see their work shipped to real users.

* Have relevant skills and interests.

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and building mobile app interfaces.

* Skills in back-end development, including server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases.

* Understanding of software development fundamentals, such as data structures, algorithms, and version control (e.g., Git).

* Ability to design scalable backend architecture and integrate it with the frontend.

* Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to debug and optimize code.
